Dinner is scheduled to start at 7pm at "Character" restaurant, right on the Caldera, in order to also enjoy the famous sunset, anticipated around 7:30pm.
"Ifaisteia" celebrations start around 9pm and the restaurant is privileged to have excellent observation terraces, right at the fireworks' point.

Cretan Salad: Tomatoes, cretan barley rusk, peppers, olives, crispy sea fennel, traditional cretan cheese (xinomitzithra), herbs.

Fresh herbs salad: various green leaves, figs, sweet paprika rusks, soft "katiki" cheese, aged balsamic vinaigrette.
